- Non-Covered & Unapproved Treatments – Any treatment not covered by policy guidelines, including experimental procedures, unauthorized services, and unapproved oncology medicines.
- Cosmetic & Lifestyle Procedures – Plastic surgery, keloid removal, hair loss treatments, obesity treatment, massages, slimming preparations, and cosmetic breast surgeries.
- Pre-Existing Conditions & Unapproved Facilities – Conditions not declared at enrollment, treatments in spas, sanatoriums, hydro-clinics, and non-registered care facilities.
- Alternative & Complementary Medicine – Homeopathy, acupuncture, Chinese medicine, aromatherapy, ozone therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, osteopathy, and orthopedic footwear.
- Psychological & Specialized Therapy – Art therapy, sleep therapy, psychometry, neurofeedback, and educational psychology services.
- Fertility & Reproductive Health – Non-covered infertility treatments, impotence treatment, and surrogacy-related medical expenses.
- Vision & Optical Care – Laser eye surgery, refractive surgery, sunglasses, colored lenses, and non-essential optical products.
- Dental & Orthopedic Services – Dental implants, prosthetic repairs, orthopedic footwear, and unapproved external medical appliances.
- Transplants & Stem Cell Therapy – Organ and tissue transplants (except approved cases) and unapproved stem cell therapy.
- Military, War & Criminal-Related Injuries – Injuries from military service, war, riots, rebellion, illegal activities, or imprisonment.
- Extreme Sports & Dangerous Activities – Injuries from high-risk sports like skydiving, mountaineering, diving (unless certified), and professional extreme sports.
- Occupational & Legal Expenses – Work-related medical costs, litigation expenses, and disputes with medical providers.
- Personal & Lifestyle Items – Toiletries, soaps, scrubs, sun protection, food supplements, baby food, and special milk preparations.
